Ok, so ‘delulu’ seems to be trending online – I’ve seen everyone post about it, even the Manifestation Babe talking about being delulu when going after what you want. And to me, there is really no better place to practice being delulu than in your spiritual practice. Honestly, being delulu puts your energetic body into a place of joy and fun, which makes everything so much easier.

What is a Spiritual Delulu Era?

A spiritual delulu era is when you are open to all of the opportunities the universe wants to throw your way. It’s embracing the weirdness that spirituality can be (I mean…tell me you were like wtf the first time someone talked about spirit guides or moon magic to you?) and going all in with your spiritual practices. Let’s make this time, now, a time where we can look back and even if we change paths we can say we went all in and lived to the fullest.

How can you be spiritually delulu?

First, I want you to drop the heavy cloak you’re wearing on yourself and to not take yourself so seriously. This could mean so many things for so many people, but what if you just followed what felt right for you? If it’s believing your manifestations will come true, embrace it. If it’s creating a thriving heart space to hang out with your spirit guides, own it. You don’t have to do everything perfect, you get to change course whenever you want, and you get to play with your spirituality. What if you took away the rules and let your heart to be led?

Embrace your inner child:

• Play
• Use your imagination
• Don’t take things so seriously when it comes to your spiritual practices
• Create a playground in your heart space
• Play games with your spirit guides
• Believe that you have a whole universe full of opportunities and you get to pick from any of them
• Embrace the little weirdo that you are
  • Believe the thing that you want to believe even if it sounds weird saying it out loud
  • Do the spiritual practice you love but isn’t mainstream
  • Wear all of your witchy outfits and decorate your home like you’re an old forest witch
  • Start that spiritual business that you’re afraid people will judge you for
  If you allow yourself to be delusional you’re putting yourself at such a more likelihood of accomplishing your dreams (OR AT LEAST HAVING AN ADVENTURE WHILE YOU TRY) than if you hold yourself back and restrict how you live. Go for it all you little strange weirdo. I believe in you.
